This pool enclosure carries an exceptional 300m2 of Perforated Cladding. Snaking around the enclosure the panels fixed to a segmented framework to create a wave effect. The simple yet effective screen encourages engagement from the outside in with its 40mm staggered hole pattern perforated by our Amada turret puncher. From the outside, the cladding shines its reflective surface through the Zeus Lunar Grey Matt powder coating which glistens with the sun. Creating a stunning glow from the outside and a plethora of diffused light and shadows from the within – This was a carefully considered plan.

Material: 1.5mm VM Zinc Quartz
This Melbourne University building is fronted by an over 45 tonne façade. Featuring over 40 unique panel lengths and perforation patterns the complexity does not stop there. Each panel has over 20 folds with not one straight fold. Yes every fold is tapered from end to end – Talk about an intricately striking building.
