Our Amada PEGA Turret Punch machine provides our fabrication department with an industry-leading edge. After directly receiving CAD/CAM drawings from our Engineering department, our Turret Machine will begin to punch out flat patterns for all our Rain Heads repeatedly, Sumps, Louvres, Cowls – Prepping for pressing and assembly. Turret Punching ensures that our fabricated products are received exact and in specification, perfect for low and high-volume orders.

In addition to our automated fabrication processes, our Turret Puncher allows us to punch all of our perforated cladding and privacy screens in-house. Thus, from round to rectangle, abstract to exact, we can meticulously perforate in almost any pattern in any diameter stipulated.
